Team Building Events in Bristol
We offer a range of team building activities at our site in the Bristol Zoo Project and also various other locations in Bristol.
Situation Survival
This popular team building activity is designed to get you and your staff thinking under pressure. Teams compete to find survival items before the blizzard moves in. First decide which five of the fifteen items are key, navigate to them before building a shelter, lighting a fire, and hopefully enjoying the tea and marshmallows before the blizzard arrives. Extra points can be scored by navigating the minefield or crossing the raging river. This inclusive activity does not require high levels of fitness or strength, and is popular with the whole office. This goal based scenario is great for developing team cohesion, leadership and problem solving. It can be run as a two to three hour session.
Team Building Challenges
Your group will split into small teams where you compete to complete various challenges with extra points awarded for team work and communication. This is a really fun few hours, ideal for team bonding. Another inclusive activity for all the office. Can be run as a one or two hour session.
High Ropes
We offer a range of team events, such as crate stack challenge, where up to four participant compete to build the highest crate stack tower with them stood on top. They are each belayed by two to three members of their team and go higher and higher. Like giant jenga the crates tumble; with them on top! Great team event, with those who don't wish to climb involved in the belaying.
Totem Pole ideal for a group of up to 12 people, with 4 climbing and the others belaying them on ropes. Those that dare climb the 25ft pole and stand on the tray at the top, hold hands and lean back. Excellent for team bonding. Other high ropes activities include climbing, abseiling, taking the leap of faith and using our giant 30ft swing. One to two hours and can be combined with team games.
Archery
You and your merry men, bring out the archers! Our highly trained staff will instruct you in the art of archery. Once you're hitting the target, there will be team games and challenges to add to the fun. Hitting the watermelon is a particular favourite!
Harbourside Shipwreck Survival
Using the clues provided and breaking some of the pirate code, compete with your colleagues in groups of four to five. Can you find the clues in order to survive? Challenges include solving cryptic messages, hands on problem solving or walk the plank. These are designed to bring out the hidden talents of each member and get your team working and communicating in a fun and challenging setting. Approximately two and half hours from start to finish.
We can accommodate groups from 12-200,so please give us a call and we will tailor a day for your group or we can bring some of our activities to your workplace or hotel. Whether you are looking for a full or half days team building, or activities to enhance your conference, we have a great range of engaging, fun, and bespoke challenges to suit your staff.
